Application steps...
Step 1
Apply
Explore our roles on our career’s page and simply click on the relevant vacancy link to start the application process. You may be asked to complete a few initial questions as part of this process, to ensure you meet the criteria for the role. Please also attach an up-to-date CV. At this point, please ensure you tailor your application to the specific role you are applying for, and make sure that the information you provide is concise, accurate and relevant. Once your application is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. We aim to review applications within 5 working days and we provide feedback to every candidate, whether you have been successful in progressing to the next stage, or if we feel there are more suitable candidates
Step 2
Interview
We will contact you to arrange a first stage interview with the hiring manager. Usually, our first stage of the process is a video call, unless you live locally or are happy to travel to our office! The first stage interview is relatively informal, and gives both parties the opportunity to learn more about the other and to establish cultural fit. There are of course a few competency questions involved at this stage also! We encourage you to ask questions to get to know us better, this is a two-way process after all! There will be time for all your questions towards the end of the interview. We aim to again provide feedback within 5 working days.
You may be invited back for a second stage face to face interview, which will be with the hiring manager, usually their manager, and a representative from HR. Dependent on the role, you may be asked to complete two psychometric assessments so we can get to know you better. Don’t worry however, we never use these tools in isolation but rather as an interview aid. Again, depending on the role, and where appropriate, you may be asked to put together a presentation or complete a practical assessment on the day. You will be fully briefed with plenty of notice before this second stage interview.
We really value the time and effort that every candidate puts into our assessment process, and as such we think its only right to give you a little something back! Following your second stage interview, we provide a little thank you gift for making the effort to travel to our Warwick head office and see us again.
If you are unsure of anything during the interview process, please do let us know!
Step 3
Grow
If you are successful at second stage, congratulations, you have been offered a role with us! We can’t wait to welcome you to the team. First, we will contact you to make a verbal offer, and once this has been accepted, we will send out your formal offer and contract via email within 2 working days of the verbal acceptance so that you can make any arrangements. We will agree a start date with you and start preparing for you to join us. There will be a few pre-employment checks to complete for us, as with most employers. Your new manager will check in with you before you start - to say hello and answer any further questions you may have. We aim to send your induction plan to you within 3 working days of you starting, so you can start to get a flavour of what you’ll be doing and to show how invested we are in YOU!
