Fill and flush valves Optimised hydraulics in the concealed cistern

Geberit fill and flush valves have been reliably operating concealed cisterns for decades.
In our technical plumbing laboratories, the valves have to meet high demands in terms of hydraulics and pass challenging long-term tests. With spare parts available for 50 years, the cistern is guaranteed to work for years to come.
Their compact design makes them easy to install and remove as needed, while various positioning options mean ongoing maintenance is much easier.
Great reasons to choose Geberit fill and flush valves
The valves are easy to install and remove thanks to their compact dimensions.
Our fill and flush valves are backwards-compatible up to 50 years.
Our proven water filter design ensures the fill valves are not affected by dirt and makes them easier to clean.
The valves help promote sustainability thanks to their variable flush volume and use of recycled plastic.
Fill valves

Geberit Type 383 fill valve:
Quieter – smaller – better
The new Geberit Type 383 fill valve offers lots of benefits for customers and plumbers. It’s both smaller and significantly quieter than its predecessor, the Type 380 (Unifill). It reduces the noise level in the bathroom by half and lowers sound transmission to adjacent rooms. The Type 383 fill valve is one of the quietest float valves currently available.
Its new compact shape makes it easy to install. A freely adjustable water level and easy-to-clean purifying filter make it easy to use and maintain.
Backwards compatibility means you can install it in any cistern from the past 50 years. The Type 383 fill valve is also more sustainable: it uses 40% less material and contains 10% recycled plastic.

Geberit Type 323 fill valve:
The float valve for more functions
The Geberit Type 323 fill valve includes a whole host of improvements. It boasts excellent filling capacity and can be installed in ceramic cisterns thanks to its sleek shape.
You can regulate the water level using a single spindle. Optimised water flow means this toilet inlet valve is extremely quiet.
It also has a delay function that you can turn on or off to help you save water by only filling after the flush valve has closed. The fill valve is approved worldwide and available in three versions for different markets to suit local needs.

Flush valves

The Geberit Type 208 flush valve:
The heart of the 8 cm concealed cistern
Geberit has redesigned its Type 208 dual-flush unit and its hydraulic properties. That’s why the valve has a new throttle which can be used to adjust the speed that the water flows out of the cistern.
Geberit also made it easier to handle: it’s now much easier to install and remove from cisterns that are only 8 cm wide. The Type 208 flush valve is backwards-compatible without any restrictions, which is also why it’s the perfect replacement part for older concealed cisterns that are 8 cm deep from the wall.

Geberit Type 212 flush valve:
The flexible flush valve
This Geberit flush valve comes with all Geberit Sigma and Omega concealed cisterns. The way it discharges the water has been designed to work perfectly with Geberit ceramic pans. Flush volumes can be adjusted as required.
The integrated throttle has five settings and helps prevent water from splashing out of the ceramic pan. Its compact design also makes it easier to install and remove via the service opening on the cistern.
The flush valve is backwards-compatible with all Geberit concealed cisterns in the Sigma series (UP300) back to 2001, the Omega series back to 2014 and the Delta series back to 2006.
Overview of the Type 212 flush valve:
- One flush valve for all Geberit cisterns
- Sleeker and compact for easy installation and removal
- Large flush volume is adjustable between 4, 4.5, 6 and 7.5 litres
- Small flush volume is adjustable between 2 and 4 litres
- Reduces splashing from the ceramic pan, throttle integrated into the basket
- Suitable for Sigma concealed cisterns back to 2001

Frequently asked questions about Geberit float and flush valves
What if one of the valves in the cistern stops working?
Older cisterns do not immediately need to be replaced if one valve in the cistern stops working properly. If a fill valve – also called an inlet valve – or flush valve (without a basket) is faulty, you can obtain a suitable replacement part from Geberit.
Geberit offers compatible fill and flush valves for every Geberit concealed cistern made since 1964 and for surface-mounted and other cisterns from many ceramic pan manufacturers. New valves can also help reduce the water consumption of old cisterns.
